COMPARE EMBROIDERY VS DIGITAL PRINT
EMBROIDERY
Texture
Embroidery involves sewing thread onto the fabric, creating a textured, raised design.
Durability
Embroidery is highly durable and can withstand repeated washing and wear without fading or cracking

Flexibility
Works well on a range of materials, including thicker fabrics like polo shirts, jackets, and caps.
Appearance
It offers a classic, professional look, often chosen for logos, monograms, or designs that require a premium finish

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I get Embroidery or Digital Print?
Given that you're in the workwear business and branding is key, embroidery is likely the best choice for work uniforms, jackets, caps, and durable items where a premium look and durability matter. However, for promotional items or light-duty workwear that involves complex designs or multiple colours, digital print may be a better option.
What files do you need?
Embroidery: Provide the logo in AI, EPS, or PDF (vector format) for best results. Digital Print: AI, EPS, PDF for vectors, or high-resolution PNG, PSD, or TIFF (300 DPI) for raster images with complex details. If you don't have it we can arrange it for you.
What is the estimated delivery time?
If your items are in stock then we will endeavour to get garments decorated and sent to you in 5 business days. Call us or email us if you need something urgent!
Can I combine embroidery and digital print on the same garment?
Most of the time we recommend Digital Printing on the rear of garments instead of Embroidery due to the fact that large emboidered items on the rear can sometimes rub under the garment.
Standard is Embroidered Left Chest Logo (Max 8-10cm wide) and Digital Print Rear Mid/High Print (12cm from collar and max A4 size). Let us know if you'd like a sample generated to show you what it looks like.
