Returns & Exchanges

At WorkWearPro, your satisfaction is our priority. You can return your purchase for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase.

General Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns are free; however, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • Only one free return per order is allowed.
  • Return requests will be processed within 5 business days from receipt.

We’re excited to offer Refundid for your return options: Instant Refund, Standard Refund, or Exchange.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  1. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  2. Select the items you want to return. Choose one of the following:
    • Instant Refund: Receive a refund immediately through Refundid.
    • Standard Refund: Refund processed to the original payment method upon receiving the return.
    • Exchange: We’ll contact you via email to discuss the exchange.
  3. Ship your items back using the Australia Post label provided by Refundid. Ensure the label is attached to the parcel, not directly on product boxes or packaging.
  4. Retain your receipt with the returns tracking number, as this must be entered into your Refundid account.

Important Information

  • Final Sale Items & Underwear: Final sale items and underwear cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or incorrect.
  • Original Condition: Products must be returned in new condition, including their original boxes. Items showing wear or damage will be returned to the customer, voiding the refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item (if Refundid is not used). Promotional vouchers or coupons may result in refunds issued as store credit.

Exchanges

For quicker processing, place a new order for the replacement product and return your original item for a refund.

Yes, with any order over $199 we offer free shipping. For orders under $199 we offer the most competitive and fast shipping available in Australia using Australia Post.

All orders that are placed before 10am are dispatched same business day.

All orders that are placed before 10am will be dispatched same or next business day and will take between 3-5 business days to arrive to mainland Australia, for overseas orders shipping will be dependent on location. Should you need your order sooner then let us know and we can arrange express delivery.

Our warehouse is located in Queensland.

Yes! We ship globally to over 200 countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We do all garment decoration in house in our Queensland warehouse. Simply follow the prompts when you select the products you want and we'll do the rest.
