Is WorkWearPro Rewards free?

Yes. It's free to join and there's no fee to stay a member.

How do I join?

Create a WorkWearPro account. You're enrolled in the rewards program automatically. If you already have an account, you're already a member.

How many points do I earn?

Members earn 1 point for every A$1 spent on eligible products.

When will my points appear?

Points are added once your order is paid.

What doesn't earn points?

Shipping and gift card purchases. You earn points as normal when you spend a gift card.

How do I use my points?

Sign in, open the rewards panel or your account page, and choose how many points to use. Every 100 points is A$1 off, from 200 points up to 2,000 points (A$20) per order.

Is there a minimum order to use my points?

No. You can use your points on any order.

Can I use points with a discount code?

Points discounts can be combined with free shipping offers, but not with other discount codes.

Do my points expire?

Your points stay active as long as you earn or use points at least once every 12 months. If your account has no points activity for 12 months, your points expire. If you're subscribed to our emails, we'll remind you before that happens.

What happens to my points if I return something?

If an order is refunded, in full or in part, the points earned on it are removed from your balance.
